We are here to help you succeed. There are so many tools at your fingertips at LAMS, you just have to choose to participate. You will have monthly one-on-one career coaching and also free educational events. In addition, you are free to observe or shadow our stylists during downtime or days off.

We have no problem with you working at other jobs or freelancing. You can have the freedom to do what is best for your lifestyle and clients! Do not expect any non-competes or binding contracts. Consider this an open relationship.

SESSION ARTISTS

A session artist books appointments in blocks of time. This simplifies the booking process and gives flexibility in order to customize each guest’s appointment to their needs. You determine your own prices, giving you complete control of your income.
